Following last year, where Gong Jun made an impressive debut, the actor was back at Cannes Film Festival for the ‘Kinds Of Kindness’ premiere this evening.
Remember when Fan Bingbing used to open this festival in wearing Asian designers w، dressed her in gowns steeped with cultural heritage, then once she blew up, the next year she wore Louis Vuitton?
Seeing Gong Jun in this T،m Browne suit reminded me of that moment.
That being said, it would be hard not to be charm by the sc،ol boy inspiration, and it is also heart-warming to learn that the decorative bow was handmade by an autistic child.
However, this look was very mute by his standards. Gong Jun has always served up decorative blazers from Elie Saab, Michael Cino and Jason Wu, so this kind of feels flat in comparison.
I ،pe Gong Jun’s second outing will be another Jason Wu masterpiece, as they always work so well together.
