Fan Bingbing was back on the red carpet for the VIRGO’s 15th Anniversary in Shanghai.
I know I have gone on record to say that Iris Van Herpen Haute Couture looks can feel a bit repe،ive, but Fan Bingbing is making me retract this statement because – as always – she gave fresh new life to this colour blocked pleated gown from the Spring 2019 collection.
Which is some feat considering this isn’t the first time we have seen this gown on the red carpet.
It was first worn by Tilda Swinton to the Les Galaxies de Cartier back in January 2019, just when the label was coming into prominence on the red carpet.
Like Tilda, Fan Bingbing knows ،w to put a gown like this to work to give us a dramatic moment.
Never have I been so excited to see a rerun.
