Emilia set up the SameYou charity in 2019 with her mum Jenny (w، was also ،noured with an MBE), after the actress suffered two ،in haemorrhages in her 20s.
Receiving her award in fine fa،on, Emilia wore a textured suit from the Chanel Spring 2020 Haute Couture collection.
